Max double unders but EMOM you will do 5 burpees. Starting on burpees so in total you will do 25 burpees and your score will be the total amount of double unders you complete
Note- Yes I know we done double unders yesterday but it's something we need to do more of so we become bad ass at them.

This is the ultimate test to your Overhead/squat/Jerk/everything mobility. If you can do this and do it well you will be able to get into awesome position for most of the movement in CrossFit. Myself, I need work on this so more mobility for me. If I'm doing it I expect you guys to do it also…
How do we get this? Work on back , hip, ankle, shoulder mobility. Use rollers, bands and balls. Just spend more time working on your mobility in general.
