Strength

5xME strict pull ups –rest 1:00

Conditioning

A) 1.6km time trial

-rest 5:00

B) 1xME UB double unders

COMP

Weightlifting

Take 15min to build up to a max clean + hang clean + jerk

 

Strength

8min to build up to a 5rm weighted strict pull up

 

Skill

EMOM for 12min

Odd- 6-12 c2b pull ups

Even- 3-6 strict HSPU

*reps must be UB. Pick a number of reps that’s challenging but maintainable
