How do i start?

Step 1

Book a FREE No Sweat Intro to meet our trainers, see our facility, experience our community and allow us to talk to you about your goals and how we can help you get there.

Contact us to schedule a time that suits you

Step 2

After our chat, we will then arrange to book you in for 3 personal training sessions before you get into the classes. We do this to teach you more about what we do for your safety and enjoyment. So you can get to know our coach better and become more familiar with joining our groups.
We do not want to throw you into the deep end, we want to set you up for success.

Step 3

Once you have then completed your 3 personal training sessions, you are now ready to get into our group coached classes.
We do encourage a little extra personal training from time to time if you aren't feeling confident but you will get a lot of support, coaching, accountability and guidance in our classes each and ever day.
